Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with chronic, acute, and post-operative orthopedic conditions, as well as occasional neurological cases. Deliver personalized care to help patients restore mobility and improve function through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical conditions to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly using Epic charting system.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with certification requirements and state licensing regulations.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Texas PT license and current BLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and neurological care.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in Epic and outpatient therapy protocols.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work a 5x8 day shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Familiarity with travel compliance and onboarding procedures preferred.
