Ramp Services Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate ramp services operations, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company standards. Manage staffing, training, and performance, including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintain communication with airport officials and customers, monitor work quality, enforce TSA regulations, and ensure budgetary adherence. Promote a respectful and equitable work environment while upholding operational excellence. Direct personnel, oversee staffing requirements, and provide input on hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and termination of subordinates. Proactively supervise employees to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations. Ensure all staff follow safety and operational standards, and address passenger or operational concerns professionally. Requirements Must have a high school diploma or GED. 2-3 years of experience in ramp operations or ground handling. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, and knowledge of ramp operations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have and maintain a valid US Driver's License. Ability to hold and maintain an Airport Badge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
