Head of Product

To lead the product strategy for a suite of biomedical tools and services, the full-time remote Head of Product will manage the product portfolio, ensuring it meets user needs while balancing strategy with execution, driving adoption, and shaping AI-enabled capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the product portfolio and its outcomes, ensuring alignment across programs and making critical prioritization decisions Balance strategy with delivery by translating long-term vision into actionable priorities and maintaining accountability for product adoption and impact Stay close to users and funders, building relationships to gather insights that inform product decisions and ensure the ecosystem evolves around real research needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and leadership, with a focus on defining strategy and delivering outcomes across multiple products Experience building and leading high-performing product teams and establishing scalable product practices Strong user-centered product judgment, with a track record of translating user needs into clear product decisions Experience leading product strategy in an evolving AI landscape, with sound judgment about AI's value for users
