About the Role We’re hiring a Growth Product Lead to help drive Juicebox’s organic and product-led growth initiatives. A significant portion of Juicebox revenue already comes from our self-serve product motion. As one of our first Growth hires, you will support that channel by running experiments, assisting with lifecycle marketing, and helping build user-driven growth loops. You’ll work closely across product and engineering to help design experiments, launch initiatives, and drive measurable growth. Your focus will be on executing initiatives that move key self-serve metrics. You Will… Support self-serve revenue growth initiatives Help design and execute organic and product-led growth experiments Drive increases in user invitations and product-driven adoption Improve onboarding, activation, and referral flows Run experiments to improve self-serve acquisition, retention, and reactivation Help launch lifecycle campaigns across email, product messaging, and promotions Analyze product usage and growth metrics to surface opportunities Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ship growth experiments You Have… 2+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred) Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation Comfort working with product and user data Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them) Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives Perks & Benefits Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.
