Production Supervisor

A leading and growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced, GMP- and SOP-driven environment. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing high‑performing teams. Compensation: $62,400 - $79,040 per year. Shift: Second (3 PM - 11 PM). Education required: High School. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations and schedule attainment. Monitor production performance, labor utilization, and equipment effectiveness. Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees and team leads. Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities and operational updates. Promote and enforce workplace safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and company procedures. Ensure compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resources to minimize downtime. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce assignments. Partner with maintenance and support teams to address equipment and operational needs. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of production or manufacturing experience. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of GMP, SOP, and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
