Join Our Family Medicine Practice

We are excited to invite you to become a part of our dynamic family medicine team, which includes 7 physicians and 1 physician assistant. Our practice is thriving, providing immediate patient volume in a traditional outpatient setting.

Located next to a prominent regional referral teaching hospital, our clinic offers easy access to a wide range of specialists, laboratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and more. The hospital has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the nation.

On-Call Requirements

• Minimal on-call duties, limited to phone consultations.
• On-call rotation is 1 in 9.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including:

• A bonus package totaling $150,000.
• A competitive salary with a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year, plus additional incentives.

About Our Health System

Our organization serves a regional health system that spans 14 counties, including critical access hospitals and numerous clinics. We cater to a service area with a population of approximately 260,000.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.
• We encourage applications from H1B and J1 visa candidates.
• Eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic school and have completed a relevant residency program. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A valid Iowa physician license, along with the Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate, is required.
