Internal Medicine Residency Faculty Opportunity

Join Our Team: We are seeking a dedicated faculty member for our Internal Medicine Residency program, which includes a Program Director, an Associate Program Director, and six core faculty members. This is an opportunity to engage in inpatient teaching within an ACGME-accredited program that hosts 18 residents.

• Experience Required: A minimum of three years in hospitalist patient management is necessary.
• Teaching Environment: This position is hospital-employed, focusing on a single facility.
• Work Schedule: Approximately 14 shifts per month.
• Collaborative Relationships: Enjoy close ties with the on-site Family Medicine Residency and Cardiology/Interventional Cardiology Fellowship programs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Recruitment Package:
• $75,000 recruitment bonus
• Up to $15,000 moving allowance
• Guaranteed base salary of $316,688 per year
• $6,000 annual CME allowance
• Benefits: Coverage begins on the first day of employment, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, malpractice, tail coverage, and a 401(K) plan with hospital matching.
