Exciting Opportunity for a Urology APP

Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to announce a fantastic opening for a Urology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to become part of our Urology department. We welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates!

Opportunity Highlights

• Become a member of a dedicated team alongside one Urologist.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM; both full-time and part-time roles are available.
• Clinic-based position with no on-call responsibilities!
• The clinic is situated within a multi-specialty facility connected to a regional referral teaching hospital with 342 beds.
• Primary service area encompasses approximately 260,000 residents.
• Facility is a Level III Trauma Center equipped with helicopter services.

Position Details

• Compensation: Starting salary of $114,000 plus a $25,000 recruitment bonus!
• Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation assistance, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution from the employer.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and eligible for an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA, along with medical staff privileges at our facility.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates!
