Our client, an industry leader in document processing and administrative support, is seeking a Data Entry professional to join their team. As a Data Entry specialist, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, assisting with data organization and document management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Location: Conklin, NY Pay Range: $19hr Shift: 7am-430pm shift may vary What's the Job?- Sort and organize educational documents for processing
- Scan documents to digital formats for easy access and storage
- Remove tests from shipping envelopes to prepare for further processing
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Assist with short-term project tasks related to document management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning and sorting tasks
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
