Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Stanford Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating both couple and family therapy sessions, encouraging open communication among family members.
\n
• Providing individual therapy as needed, specializing in a wide range of issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client or family unit.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Participating in team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and enhance treatment approaches.
\n
• Supporting clients through a variety of life challenges such as job stress, adjustment to separation, and blended family dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents, addressing complex relational and emotional issues. Our multidisciplinary team facilitates a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring every client receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific circumstances. Your role will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes for families facing challenges such as separation, divorce, and grief, among others.

Qualifications\n

Prospective candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
