Job Summary
Lead quality assurance and quality systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical integration. Manage customer and regulatory audits, quality improvement initiatives, manufacturing issues, and cross-functional quality programs.
Job Title: Quality Manager 4
Location: Milpitas, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain quality systems and assurance programs.
- Manage customer, regulatory, and compliance audits.
- Interface with customers on technical and quality issues.
- Lead quality improvement, corrective actions, and problem-solving.
- Support PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical manufacturing quality.
- Partner with engineering, production, suppliers, and management to resolve quality issues.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop quality teams and establish quality policies, procedures, and controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of quality systems or related experience.
- Previous Quality Manager / managerial experience.
- 5+ years of electromechanical integration and/or PCB/PCBA assembly experience.
- 3+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Strong experience with Quality Assurance, QMS, customer audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt and compliance training experience preferred.
