Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

Location: Terrell, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. You will work closely with caregivers and a supervising BCBA to support each client’s individual goals and development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home/community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record session data using platforms such as CentralReach or Rethink.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in caregiver training and collaboration.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all ethical standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, families, and clinical teams.
• Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach.
