A&A The Shop is Alaska’s largest independent Subaru repair facility and a trusted Toyota mechanic for over 35 years. Our Anchorage location is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our high-performance, tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years professional automotive repair experience (A level)
- Subaru & Toyota diagnostic/repair expertise preferred
- ASE certifications recommended
- Own basic set of tools
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check & drug test
- Comfortable with modern shop software and digital repair orders
- Strong communication skills & a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Your Day-to-Day
- Diagnose and repair Subaru, Toyota, and other vehicles
- Perform inspections, recommend services, and complete repairs to manufacturer and shop standards
- Disassemble/reassemble components, replenish fluids, replace parts
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Keep your bay and the shop clean, safe, and organized
