Compensation: Commission-Based (No Income Cap) About Reafco:
Reafco Real Estate is an investment-focused brokerage specializing in income-producing residential properties, including single-family and small multifamily assets. Our agents work directly with investors and property owners while operating within structured systems and professional mentorship. Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-driven, commission-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
- Guide clients through contracts, inspections, financing coordination, and closings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Commission-based earning structure with no income cap
- Access to off-market opportunities and investor networks
- Mentorship from experienced investment-focused agents
- Structured training in property analysis and client development
- Professional development and networking opportunities
- Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Ability to work independently in a production-based role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
- Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
