Office Assistant - Flexible 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule Options:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Employees may choose their preferred schedule but must maintain a consistent shift.
Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Enter and maintain accurate data records
• Assist with light payroll functions
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• File and organize documents
• Maintain office records and paperwork
• Support office staff with various administrative tasks
• Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office applications efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
