Block scheduling available. 8-week assignment with 24-36 hours of orientation. Highlights: 10-bed ICU unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio Flexible scheduling options with 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts and block schedule approval Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and phlebotomy Epic charting system experience required Care for adult and geriatric patient populations with diverse critical care needs Weekend coverage required with pre-approved time off available Requirements: Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred Previous travel nursing experience preferred Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred) Epic charting system experience required Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, and blood product administration Geographic restrictions apply for local residents in certain Texas counties Why Join Us?
