Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage a sourcing strategy by partnering and collaborating closely with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leadership to attract high-quality candidates for the organization. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Developing, implementing, and managing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market research and industry insights to attract high-quality candidates. 
• Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize processes as needed. 
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. 
• Building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and long-term communication with passive candidates. 
• Identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization through various channels such as social media groups, talent communities, professional networks, and referrals. 
• Manage EasyApply job postings, driving additional candidates to the automated staffing system in compliance with company policies, corporate initiatives, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/ GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred:

• Experience with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including EEO requirements 
• Proficiency with major sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed 
• 1+ Years prior sourcing experience
