Responsibilities Payroll & Compliance: Execute accurate payroll cycles, update employee records, and review timesheets. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes. Freelance Operations: Coordinate freelancer onboarding via external vendors and manage time/expense entries. Resolve discrepancies and act as the primary vendor contact. Systems & Optimization: Maintain our freelance PowerApp and API connections. Identify workflow inefficiencies and help standardize internal processes. Support: Troubleshoot system access issues with IT and maintain accurate engagement data for audits. Help document and standardize freelance processes and best practices. Contribute to the evolution of our internal tools and data workflows, with opportunities. Approach operational challenges with a critical lens, connecting dots across teams, tools, and workflows to identify root causes, anticipate downstream impacts, and recommend well-reasoned solutions to engage in projects involving system integrations, APIs, and reporting automation Qualifications & Requirements 1–3 years of experience in operations, HR, finance, or a related administrative role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and data tracking Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess requests and problems holistically - understanding how people, systems, and processes connect and impact one another and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented guidance as a result Comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving environments and able to bring structure to undefined problems At Momentum Worldwide, we value diversity and the uniqueness of all people.
