Business Intelligence Program Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly strategic, data-driven Business Intelligence Program Manager to join our Executive Program Management team. This role is responsible for shaping and driving the data strategy behind organization-wide efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives across Oracle. As a Business Intelligence Program Manager, you will leverage large-scale data ecosystems to influence executive decision-making, identify transformational business opportunities, and drive programs that deliver measurable impact across Oracle. You will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to define key business metrics, establish operational benchmarks, and develop scalable analytical frameworks that support long-term strategic objectives. We are a team of technical program managers who drive a broad portfolio of cost efficiency programs, tools, and initiatives with significant executive visibility. We focus on surfacing meaningful metrics, automating reporting and insights wherever possible, and using data to guide business decisions. We continuously explore Oracle-wide datasets to uncover new opportunities for optimization, operational improvements, and cost savings.
