Information Systems Security (CISA, ISSO, ISSM) Hot Skills include: Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Java Mission Operations and Sustainment DOD Financial Management including PPBE Financial Data Analytics and Change Management Program Budget Analysis Knowledge and Documentation Management Communication/Policy roles for Operational Support IT and Help Desk Operations Hot Skills include: Financial data analytics and reporting using tools such as Qlik, SAP-FM, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, Python, R, Scala Training Computer-Based Training and Curriculum Development Deployment Training Cyber Operations and Fielding Hot Skills include: Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and SAP Certifications Most technical positions require certification to meet DOD Directive 8570 IAM/IAT such as Security+/Security + CE, CISSP, etc. Vendor-specific technical certifications may be required for some roles.
