In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License
• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Previous SNF, rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy experience preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
