Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to gauge clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and readiness for change.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both substance abuse and underlying mental health issues, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to effectively address addiction and mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care, discussing client progress and strategizing interventions in weekly meetings.

• Educate clients' families about addiction and involve them in the recovery process, recognizing their vital role in supporting our clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
