Work Environment\n

This remote role leverages telehealth capabilities to allow for seamless interaction between counselors and clients. Our telehealth platform enables mental health counselors to engage in therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes, promoting work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive the attention and support they need. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
