You will work a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Finest Medical Care, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will empower them to navigate the challenges of addiction, equipping them with effective coping strategies and the tools needed for successful recovery. You will support family members in understanding addiction, thus fostering a collaborative recovery environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Strong foundational knowledge of substance use disorders, behavioral health treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care principles.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in contexts related to addiction treatment.
