This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely while primarily focusing on addiction therapy and providing clients with effective support and clinical care. You will work in a supportive and collaborative remote setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still being connected to an outpatient office. Our regular work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, where you can engage with colleagues and clients through video conferencing and telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, gathering detailed histories and formulating initial evaluations.

• Design and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, emphasizing the integration of addiction recovery strategies.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, ensuring that interventions are suited to the unique needs of a diverse client population.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain strict documentation and record-keeping in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Participate actively in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team learning.

The primary client focus will be individuals experiencing challenges related to substance misuse, including those in crisis, trauma survivors, and individuals dealing with co-occurring disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
