Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health status and substance abuse needs of clients using validated assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals, integrating evidence-based practices into therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions across various modalities, focusing on resilience-building and recovery-oriented approaches.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to track progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
