Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions with individual adult clients, providing them with evidence-based mental health care tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. You will work with individuals who may be navigating difficult life situations or seeking personal growth, advocating for their emotional and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Please note that we cannot accept applications from interns or therapists with limited permits.

• Proficiency in independently managing your schedule and client caseloads, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license is permitted.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and using virtual counseling platforms can be advantageous.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
