Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via video and phone consultations to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide empathetic, short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops addressing topics relevant to mental health, personal growth, and coping strategies for youth and families.

• Collaborate with other licensed professionals, social service agencies, and educational institutions to enhance patient care and refer clients as necessary for additional resources.

• Engage in proactive outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness initiatives and community wellness workshops conducted through virtual platforms.

• Adhere to all ethical standards for confidentiality and maintain accurate and secure records of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our counseling services includes children, adolescents, and their families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• M.A. or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state license (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD) to practice in New York.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
