This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, yet you will have access to our outpatient office in Yonkers for occasional client meetings or team collaborations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including initial assessments and ongoing reviews, to accurately document the client's condition from consultation to treatment completion.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, promoting their mental, emotional, and behavioral health.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions to foster client participation and progress.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health care professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Relevant credentials, including passing scores on the NCE or NCMHCE exams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
