Stage 4 Solutions is a high-growth, award-winning staffing company that serves Technology, BioPharma, Aerospace/Defense, and Retail companies and US Governement agencies. 2026 has been a great year of growth for us, and we are expanding our Accounting and Operations team.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Accounting Manager. In this hands on/individual contributor role, you will own the financial aspects of our India company, invoicing for US clients, and financial analysis. Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency.

Must have prior experience working with staffing companies.

This is a full-time employee job with Stage 4 Solutions India Private Ltd. This is a remote role in India.

MUST work US EST business hours.

Responsibilities:

India Payroll

• Manage payroll for internal and client-assigned employees, coordinating payroll inputs, employee changes, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements. Ensure accuracy and on-time processing.
• Respond to employee payroll questions.

India Accounting and Reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external advisor and provide records needed for reviews and year-end activities.

India Taxes and Statutory Compliance

• Coordinate with external advisor to support applicable filings, payments, and statutory obligations.
• Retain supporting records and escalate potential delays or issues promptly.

India Bill Payments review for accuracy and set up payment

U.S. Accounting and Operations Support

• Maintain project tracking sheet, accurately recording new projects, extensions, rate changes, and other approved updates.
• Prepare client invoices using approved timesheets, billing rates, and contract requirements.
• Work with the Accounting & Operations Director to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Work on month-end reconciliations and financial statement analysis

Backup Coverage

• Cross-train with the Accounting & Operations Director to provide dependable coverage for assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant accounting and financial operations experience, including independent ownership of recurring processes.
• Experience with Staffing companies.
• Hands-on experience managing India payroll and maintaining India company books.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, Quickbooks and Excel.
• Experience supporting U.S. invoicing, accounts payable, or accounting operations.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
