Work Flexibility: RemoteWhat you will do The Manager, Trade Shows will lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division, and be responsible for the strategic planning, execution and continuous evolution of trade shows, related customer events and executive engagements, activations, and other key meetings. You will work closely with marketing, commercial, cross-divisional partners and leadership teams to create innovative, customer-centric experiences that strengthen brand presence. Expect to drive best practices, uphold operational excellence, and long-term event strategy to maximize engagement, impact, and return on investment across the division.   Influence marketing and commercial teams in determining which trade shows are strategically critical, how Stryker Medical should exhibit and who should be in attendance at the show.   Lead the execution of complex, high-visibility, multi-business unit trade shows and activations, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and a best-in-class representation of the Stryker brand across all touchpoints  Execute trade show events ensuring consistency and collaboration while following established guidelines, processes, procedures and tools.   Educate cross-functional teams, provide direction and establish solutions where appropriate.  Architect and elevate transformative, customer-centric experiences that showcase Stryker’s innovation, deepen strategic relationships, and redefine how the Medical engages customers.  Collaborate with MarCom on the design and layout and manage cost and construction of exhibits.  Run the talent offense of attracting, developing, engaging, and aligning talent. Establish performance goals for the direct reporting team and lead a culture of engagement, performance, and accountability. Consistently monitor performance and align with broader Medical divisional strategy.  Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all set up tasks, product needs, collateral, bookings and other details.  Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget.  Maintains relationships with Medical’s key industry and trade associations.  Establish and institutionalize best-in-class frameworks, standards, and playbooks to enable scalability, consistency, and continuous evolution of pre, post and during event function.  Own performance measurement and portfolio optimization, including defining and tracking KPIs, driving qualified lead generation, evaluating ROI and commercial impact, and using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategy, investment, and execution.  Develop tracking and measurement tools and processes.  Work with Demand Generation Team to ensure leads are distributed and followed up in a timely manner.  Recognize opportunities to sponsor conference sessions that align with marketing goals.  Identify and investigate new trade show marketing opportunities based on business priorities and goals.  What you need Required Bachelor’s degree 8+ years’ work experience in marketing, communications, events or related field  Preferred Previous people leader experience Experience managing production requirements and timelines of trade show production  United States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD AnnualUS5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD AnnualUS10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD AnnualUS15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD AnnualUS20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD AnnualUS30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD AnnualView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.Travel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
