Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
Oncology diagnosis, Dementia/Alzheimer's, end stage CHF/COPD, end stage neurological conditions (ALS, MS, Parkinson's)
Patient Ratios:
Case Manager averages 15 to 20 patients
