Tender Manager

· Prepare pre-qualification documents for bidding projects; systematically organize and update company qualifications, certificates, case studies, procedure documents, and other materials · strictly review and refine against tender requirements to ensure bid qualifications meet the client's standards; maintain the bidding information database, regularly verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness, providing solid data support for bidding work. · Conduct in-depth study of tender documents, accurately analyze tender requirements, evaluation criteria, and potential risks; comprehensively research competitor situations; · Develop targeted bidding strategies and detailed work plans based on the company's actual situation, including technical solution optimization, commercial terms design, and rational pricing proposals, to enhance bid competitiveness. Bid Process Management · Organize and coordinate the preparation of bid documents, control progress and quality at each stage to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery; · follow up the entire bidding process, promptly address issues that arise during bidding, maintain good communication with the tendering party, and ensure the smooth progress of bidding activities. Contract Management and Review · Participate in contract negotiations, accurately understand contract terms; organize relevant departments (finance, legal, etc.) to conduct contract reviews, propose amendments from perspectives such as legal compliance, financial risk, and business execution to protect the company's interests; · Prepare contract review reports to support management decisions and facilitate successful contract signing and performance. Qualification Requirement · Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Economics, or related fields; familiarity with overseas project bidding processes and contract terms. · Proficient knowledge of tendering and bidding laws, regulations, and industry policies; strong market insight and data analysis skills; proficient in office software to prepare high-quality bid documents. · Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively integrate internal and external resources; logical and rigorous thinking, capable of quickly analyzing and resolving issues during the bidding process. · Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, ability to work under significant pressure; good team spirit and innovative mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
