Responsibilities Lead with vision: Inspire and drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance our services. Manage agency spend: Oversee budgets and agency costs to ensure financial sustainability. Ensure compliance and safety: Stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring the centre remains fully compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards. Effective rostering: Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places. Mentorship: Guide and mentor your team, empowering them to reach their full potential. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Centre Director or in a similar leadership capacity. Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia. Working with Children Clearance. National Child Safety Training (GECCKO), mandatory. RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA), mandatory. First Aid & CPR certificates, mandatory.
