Martin's Restaurants is looking for crew members in Austell, GA 30168. Available positions include cashier, cook, biscuit maker, food handler, and food preparer. Positions are available for full-time (30 - 40 hours) and part-time (less than 30 hours).

Crew member responsibilities include:

• Arriving for your shift on time at least 5 minutes before the scheduled shift.
• Addressing questions from customers and knowing where to go if you don't know the answer.
• Completing a variety of duties, including taking payments, taking orders, kitchen, front-line, back-line, etc.
• Escalating problems to the correct manager or supervisor.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
• Managing and operating the equipment needed for your role.
• Cleaning the restaurant and the kitchen to restaurant standards.
• Being flexible in your duties and ready to work a variety of jobs in short notice.
• Being professional and maintaining a positive attitude.

Crew member requirements include:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A personable and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically capable of standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Able to lift heavy objects, no more than fifty pounds.
• Available to work irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Further training will be provided on the job, including food handling and training on our systems.

Experience:

• Food industry: 1 year (Preferred).
• Driver's License (Preferred).
