Growing state-of-the-art orthodontic practice in Hollywood, MD is in search of a "top notch" Orthodontic Front Desk Administrator to add to our wonderful team! FT position available (M-F 8:15am -5pm).

The ideal candidate will be a people person who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a team environment! Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills to develop a good report with patients and parents.

Experience preferred but willing to train the right person who is interested in learning the field of orthodontics and feels comfortable with the following duties:

• Manage day-to-day front office flow such as checking patients in/out, answering phones, and making appointment.
• Understanding of orthodontic treatment/process such as Phase I/Phase II options.
• Familiarity with insurance & third-party financing.
• Treatment planning and financial presentations to patients.
• Organized and has the ability to follow up on consultations.
• Internal/External Marketing & monitoring referrals.
• Must be results-driven and have a strong performance record.
• Knowledgeable with computers and social media platforms, Cloud9 software experience and plus.
• Stable work history.
