Thousands of public safety organizations, intelligence agencies and businesses rely on Cellebrite's digital forensic and investigative solutions-available via cloud, on-premises and hybrid deployments-to close faster and safeguard communities.As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Global Business Applications group, shaping the systems that support Cellebrite's Go To Market (GTM) organization.This role combines hands-on Salesforce expertise with strong business acumen. You will lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, from requirements discovery and solution design through deployment, adoption, and post-launch support, within a modern and complex Salesforce ecosystem including Agentforce and Salesforce CPQ.Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and GTM, you will design, configure, and integrate scalable solutions that streamline workflows for both internal users and customer-facing experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce GTM solutions, translating complex business requirements into functional, scalable designsConfigure and optimize Salesforce features, workflows, reports, and automation, leveraging tools such as Agentforce and Salesforce FlowOwn the full project lifecycle, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch supportProvide troubleshooting and problem resolution within defined SLAs for CRM applications across local and global teamsEvaluate, recommend, and integrate third-party tools with Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiencyAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions support organizational objectivesRequirements3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for GTM teamsProven experience designing and building Salesforce-based solutions, particularly within Sales CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practicesHands-on experience administering Salesforce, and related Salesforce tools (for example CPQ, Agentforce, integrations) in a business-critical environment.Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into robust technical solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environmentsExperience producing clear business and technical documentation, including designs, test plans, and requirement specificationsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address business needsCandidates must be US Citizen and reside near the Tysons Corner VA office.
