Project Coordinator

To support a diverse portfolio of projects, the entry-level Project Coordinator will manage client expectations, facilitate communication across internal teams, and assist in project and financial management in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Ensure timely project delivery by managing expectations and providing regular updates on status, risks, and timelines Assist senior colleagues with administrative tasks, project routing, and maintaining project files and budgets Coordinate meetings and internal communications, distilling notes into actionable next steps for stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in health sciences, marketing, or communications At least one year of work or related experience in a healthcare, marketing, or communications agency Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and beginner-level Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with publication management software is a plus
