Hybrid E-Billing Specialist ( Law Firm)

Hybrid E‑Billing Specialist Hosted by: Haley Lucas. Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year. This hybrid position requires one day remote work and four days in office. Responsibilities Manage the e‑billing process from start to finish, including setting up new clients in the e‑billing system, submitting invoices, and troubleshooting issues. Reconcile client accounts and ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date. Generate detailed billing reports for management, highlighting trends or potential issues. Work closely with attorneys and other staff to ensure all billable hours are accurately recorded and billed in a timely manner. Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and reflect correct billing information. Utilize advanced billing software such as CounselLink, LegalTracker, and Aderant to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Keep up‑to‑date with the latest e‑billing trends and technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry. Address client queries or concerns regarding bills in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm environment. Proven experience using advanced billing software such as CounselLink, LegalTracker, and Aderant. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to reconcile accounts and maintain a General Ledger. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to generate accurate and detailed billing reports. Strong communication skills, able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels. Proactive approach, capable of identifying and resolving issues before they become problems. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
