The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including policy, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, training initiatives and record-keeping. Company Benefits Offered:Health & Wellness - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.Career Growth - Professional development programs and clear paths for advancement.Team Culture - Collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.Recruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment for office and field positionsWork with senior management to identify hiring needsCreate job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct background checksMaintain relationships with staffing agencies, universities, and trade programsOnboard new hires and process necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transitionEmployee RelationsField employee-relations questions and help resolve workplace disputes; escalate as neededOrganize and conduct training sessionsDevelop and implement professional development plansCoordinate annual employee performance evaluations, including 90-day new-hire reviewsRecordkeepingMaintain accurate and up to date employee records in HR databaseConducts internal audits on employee recordsCompensation & BenefitsPrepare and administer compensation and benefits packages; support market benchmarkingResponsible for enrollment and administration of employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves of absenceLead open enrollmentEducate employees about benefits and support enrollment and changesSupport prevailing wage and certified payroll compliancePayroll AdministrationProcess semi-monthly payroll accurately and in a timely mannerSetup employees and process pay changes in the ERP systemAdminister 401(k) and HSA contributions, changes and distributionsPolicy and ComplianceEnsures all HR functions comply with federal, state, and local regulationsDevelop, implement and evaluate HR department policies and proceduresDirect employees and management on HR procedures and company policiesPrepare and submit annual EEO and VETS reportsSupport ACA reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources required with 5-7 years of experience preferredPHR, SHRM or other human resources certification preferred
