What you’ll do IT Controls and KCI, cost allocations and recharges to Business entities. Cloud, Data and Outsourcing governance. IT Applications consumed by Swiss Business entities, IT Impairments linked to the consuming Business entities. Major IT Deliveries impacting the Business entities, IT Delivery Services materiality assessments. Records Management for the IT department in Switzerland. What you need to have to succeed in this role Highly organised with strong administrative knowledge and skills. Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint. Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity. Financial Services / Banking knowledge. Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Be self‑motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability. Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure. What we offer The pay range for this role is 15025 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
