Affordable Housing Community Manager

CONAM Management Corporation

CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the Palomar Point affordable property in Chula Vista, CA. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining financial performance. The role requires 2–3 years in property management, experience with HUD/LIHTC programs, and proficiency with Yardi or MRI.
