We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury .

The consultant will bridge the gap between client finance teams and IT by leading requirements gathering, solution design, Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, production support, and user training. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets , including asset lifecycle management, tax books, depreciation, internal transfers, CIP, and integrations.

Strong hands-on experience in Fixed Assets is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and resolve Finance issues during period-end and month-end close.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using AI agents, RPA, and automation .

• Perform reconciliation of various control accounts and recommend improvements to the asset lifecycle.

• Provide expert guidance on accounting for asset internal transfers spanning legacy systems and Oracle Cloud.

• Design and map integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party banking platforms, SWIFT networks, and payment gateways.

• Configure and manage conversion of capital project costs into Fixed Assets.

• Manage integration between Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Fixed Assets , including:

  • CIP tracking

  • Auto-generation of assets from procurement

  • Capitalized interest

  • Automated asset transfers

• Configure and manage Fixed Assets Tax Books .

• Define and map asset categories within tax books.

• Troubleshoot differences between depreciation methods used in corporate and tax books.

• Configure depreciation rules and related Fixed Assets functionality.

• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, specifically Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury , based on business and statutory requirements.

• Manage complete asset lifecycles including additions, retirements, transfers, and adjustments.

• Define depreciation rules, tax books, and Subledger Accounting (SLA) mappings.

• Configure bank integrations and automate bank statement reconciliation.

• Support cash positioning, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and cash pooling.

• Lead discovery workshops and map legacy business processes to Oracle Cloud best practices.

• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

• Lead SIT and UAT activities.

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.

• Conduct knowledge transfer and training for business users.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Oracle ERP experience , with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials .

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets

  • Cash Management

  • Treasury

• Deep understanding of Fixed Assets lifecycle processes, including additions, transfers, retirements, depreciation, and tax books.

• Strong experience with Fixed Assets Tax Books and corporate/tax depreciation methods.

• Experience with CIP, PPM-to-Fixed Assets integration, capitalized interest, and asset transfers .

• Experience accounting for asset transfers between legacy systems and Oracle Cloud.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion banking and Treasury integrations.

• Experience with third-party banking platforms, SWIFT, and payment gateways.

• Strong understanding of reconciliation and period-close processes.

• Experience with SLA mapping and accounting configurations .

• Proven experience leading SIT, UAT, testing, and production support .

• Experience preparing Functional Design Documents and conducting requirements workshops.

• Proven track record of 2 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations .

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field .

• MBA in Finance or relevant advanced certification is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to articulate complex accounting and system configuration concepts to both Finance and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven process improvements and RPA.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials best practices.

• Experience working with legacy-to-cloud financial transformations.

• Strong understanding of statutory accounting and compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting enterprise Finance teams in production environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets experience .

• Must have experience with Cash Management and/or Treasury .

• Must have experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and production support.

• Must be comfortable working directly with Finance and IT stakeholders.
