Lifecycle Marketing Manager

• Own lifecycle programs carrying leads from first interest through to a sales conversation • Design nurture tracks aligned with a prospect's evaluation stage • Define sales-readiness criteria and lead routing • Connect account-level engagement signals to follow-up programs • Run the marketing automation stack, including flows, lists, data hygiene, and deliverability • Report conversion between lifecycle stages and identify programs producing pipeline • Continuously test offers, timing, and audience segments to improve the program mix • Build the lifecycle marketing function, programs, measurement, and sales handoff at Abacum Requirements Lifecycle marketing expert with hands on experience running lifecycle marketing at a seed to Series B B2B company, owning both strategy and execution Alternatively, marketing operations experience that developed into lifecycle marketing, with analytical acumen and understanding of the underlying data model Five to six years of experience building HubSpot flows hands-on Experience owning the full lifecycle marketing surface rather than only one specialized area Experience measuring work through stage-to-stage conversion and contribution to pipeline Experience working closely with sales to define and align lead handoff readiness Based in New York City and willing to work hybrid alongside the marketing team Right to work in the USA Experience with ABX marketing Experience writing and publishing content such as blog posts, case studies, email sequences, or similar Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in lifecycle marketing, including strategy and execution, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and collaboration with sales teams. Proficient in building and optimizing marketing automation programs to enhance lead conversion and pipeline contribution.
