Customer Service Representative - Fontana
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 21.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Previous customer service experience
- PC literacy with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and various carrier websites
- Ability to monitor daily customer emails and respond in a timely manner
- Experience working closely with operations teams to schedule inbound deliveries and outbound LTL and TL pickups
- Ability to prepare daily LTL packets, including packing lists and BOLs
Role for Customer Service Representative
- Monitor daily customer emails and ensure timely communication
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule inbound deliveries and outbound LTL and TL pickups
- Maintain and update the daily workflow board, both digital and physical
- Prepare daily LTL packets, including packing lists and Bills of Lading
- Manage driver check-in and check-out procedures
