*The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the successful management of the community associations NMI maintains. They will work in conjunction with the Community Managers in the needs of the assigned community portfolio. Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Serve as a first point of contact for homeowners, prospects, vendors, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to community policies.

*Communicate professionally with homeowners in person, by phone, and via email regarding association matters, policies, and community updates.

*Respond to routine homeowner inquiries and escalate more complex matters to the Community Association Manager.

*Prepare and distribute welcome packets to new homeowners, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience into the community.

*Assign amenity access and guest passes to new homeowners and tenants according to community guidelines, including the review, verification, and filing of required documentation.

*Maintain the amenity in showroom-ready condition by completing routine operational tasks, including stocking café items, resetting furniture, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring overall organization and presentation standards are upheld.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This is a part-time position that may involve evening and weekend work.
