Twos Teacher | Full-Time | Chesterbrook Academy

Lancaster, PA | $18- $20/hour | Monday–Friday / 9:00 am- 6:00 pm

A Day in the Life

• Bring lessons to life through hands-on activities, stories, art, music, movement, and play.

What You’ll Need

You don’t need to fit one perfect mold to be a great Twos Teacher. The teachers who thrive here are dependable, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy working with young children.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Toddlers a plus.
