Graphic Production Artist

Job Summary

Position Type: Contract (potential for conversion to a perm. role) Location: Hybrid in Manhattan, NYC - Must be local to the NYC Metro area Join a dynamic and fast-paced creative department with one of the biggest names in the fashion retail industry!! Responsibilities

• Provide graphic production support to senior designers and the layout production team.
• Layout and resize marketing collateral.
• Create layouts and incorporate design into standardized templates.
• Accurately assemble all elements of production design and copy.
• Prepare final files for print production, pre-flight, export, and upload files to web-based systems.
• Partner with traffic, retouching, and marketing teams to manage deliverables.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain best practices for process and workflow.
• File management and organization.
• Ensure quality control to brand standards.

Skills

• Expert in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Bridge).
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
• Adept at translating approved design concepts into multiple sizes and formats.
• Solid skills in typography, layout, and graphic design.
• Thorough understanding of the prepress process, including artwork file prep for final output.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, with a perfectionist approach to quality control.
• Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexibility to execute last-minute changes efficiently.
• Able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously, and being a team player is essential.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management Systems is a plus.
• Scripting & Automation experience is a plus.

• Figma experience is required.
