Houston City College is seeking a Benefits & Leaves Administration Specialist to assist with ERS benefits programs and wellness initiatives. You will support employee inquiries, manage leave processes, and ensure compliance with TRS/ORP retirement plans. Strong communication and data accuracy are essential.
