Our client in Richfield, WI is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across their organization. This is a full-time, direct hire, fully onsite position with a strong manufacturer that offer a competitive salary and benefits package.HR Recruiter Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategiesSource candidates through job boards, networking, social media, industry groups, and community eventsScreen applicants, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisionsPrepare offer packages, conduct reference/background checks, and manage pre-employment screeningsMaintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure a positive candidate experienceTrack recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, and recommend process improvementsEnsure compliance with all applicable recruiting and employment regulationsAssist with new hire orientation and onboarding activitiesRequirements for HR Recruiter:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience as a Recruiter in a manufacturing environmentExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and manufacturing skill setsExcellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentIND345Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
